About him
I’ve got a lot of hobbies and interests, but there’s nothing quite like sharing a knowing glance, a joke and a hug. Young at heart, (and mostly in body!) and I’ll have a go at most things - other than potholing, potholers who want a buddy would be better looking elsewhere 😉.
I enjoy conversation and lean to the left, though I now tend to avoid the news. Still laugh at the same Fast Show sketches I’ve seen twenty times, love interesting accents, mountain streams (and having a dip) and a lot of music, though I confess to being a bit stuck in the past - you might be able to enlighten me.
Perhaps if I just make a list of interests I might mention something you like too, so how about painting, saxophone, singing, guitar, flying, sailing, kayaking, golf, skiing, cycling, old cars and motorbikes (a long shot that one!), gardening, walking, campervanning, cooking … oh and my two grown up offspring and four granddaughters.
OK, I don't do all of the above every week but they're pretty much all there in the background ticking over - although I'm happy to just sit and stare at the sky too.
I’m quite spontaneous (read disorganised), as honest as the day’s long, hate clichés and not very tall but I’m working on it 😉.

Natural and true rather than made up, both physically and personally. Happy to tour in a camper and be in nature, or get your glad rags on for a bit of a do, and if you like a boogie all the better.
I’d love to try your hobbies if you’d like, though respect that we all need some space!
