About her
Well here we are at this time in life looking for someone to help while away the hours. Although I am fond of filling my days feeling useful and having something to show for it, be it art, crafting or writing poetry, training and walking my 1yr old dog or helping with a dog charity by fostering, I love learning new stuff esp anything to do with nature or sciences and sci fi. I like it when I can learn something new. I listen to a lot of podcasts so I can go about my day at the same time. I really am not a fan of soaps or that kind of thing, I don't follow any sport, but enjoy watching. I do like to keep myself fit doing yoga and gentle exercise. I love classical music although chilled jazz etc all kinds, I like to read when I can too, it would be lovely (I hope) to have someone to share interests and learn new ones and simply have company. There are only so many one sided conversations you can have with your dog or cat before sanity is questioned! Its always hard trying to convey oneself on paper but I'm giving it my best shot.
I'm warm and caring empathic and friendly, I can be funny and silly too I've got a lot to give someone I believe. I have a happy outlook on life and have learned that if you try you can succeed and if not you try some more. I don't do drama, I'm honest and upfront and not a mind games player at all I'm Stubborn about my health and independent all in a good way don't worry. I would say I'm a No frills or hidden agendas type of woman and I look after myself well. I am currently in good health but have for the last 30 yrs had MS Relapse Remit.( I am happy to talk about it I have nothing to hide or nothing for anyone to steer clear of as unhappily people do judge!) I've been a single Mum and proudly have 3 grown up independently living adults. My outlook on life is half full live life the best way I can and enjoy it.

I look for similar qualities in a partner to myself and that is honesty and caring someone whose not too serious or if they are have a fun silly side too, someone to laugh with someone who likes nature and like me loves the countryside or the open air or by the beach, river, etc. I love being outside walking and exploring new places, I also would seek someone who is an animal lover and is understanding of my health, who is non judgmental too. (This for me is something important because I have m.s it does not have me, its not who I am but what I have. I don't want anyone who is uncomfortable with that)
I would like to be able to share days out and hobbies maybe learn a new hobby together.
I think the secret to a good relationship if understanding each other and giving each other the same kindness and respect you want for yourself and having a laugh and fun. being honest open and talk to each other
